Last night First Lady Michelle Obama hosted Prime Minister of India Manmohan Singh and his wife, Mrs. Gursharan Kaur, at the Obamas first state dinner. It was a gala event, and the First Lady dressed to impress. Her gown was designed by Indian-American designer Naeem Khan. It has an ivory base and stunning silver overlay. The occasion has been exquisitely planned out, down to the last detail. While making preparations Mrs. Obama looked amazing in her J. Crew Crystal Constellation cardigan and a pencil skirt by Indian-American designer Rachel Roy. She accented these with a silver belt, large bracelet, and silver pumps.
