Last night First Lady Michelle Obama hosted Prime Minister of India Manmohan Singh and his wife, Mrs. Gursharan Kaur, at the Obamas first state dinner. It was a gala event, and the First Lady dressed to impress. Her gown was designed by Indian-American designer Naeem Khan. It has an ivory base and stunning silver overlay.
