First Lady Michelle and daughters Sasha and Malia were on hand for President Barack Obama's official swearing-in at noon today. Public inauguration ceremonies are not traditionally held on Sunday, so the public ceremony will be held tomorrow. And of course the First Lady looks amazing in a deep blue, tea-length dress and matching jacket.
While the public inaugural ceremonies don't take place until tomorrow, the official inauguration was today. Before heading back to the White House for the private inaugural ceremony, the First Couple attended services at Metropolitan African Methodist Episcopal Church in DC.
The First Couple put their money where their mouth is and got out and served the community today on the National Day of Service, helping stain shelves at Burrville Elementary in DC.
