The President and First Lady took a tour of the World Trade Center site in New York City, taking stock of the new skyscraper that serves as a memorial to the twin towers that fell at the hands of terrrorists on 9/11.

The President signed one of the steel construction beams left the message, "We remember. We rebuild. We come back stronger!"
