Some adorable little kids got the chance to hang out with First Lady Michelle on National Take Our Sons and Daughters to Work Day. And the First Lady looks pretty great herself in a floral printed dress and red flats.

This is the eighth year that the White House has officially been a part of National Take Our Sons and Daughters to Work Day, which started 20 years ago. More than 180 kids of Presidential employees spent their morning at the White House, where the First Lady answered some of the kids' questions.
